Research on the coordination of development of residential land in the downtown area of Qinhuangdao

借助中心城区人口规模变化和分布数据,以人地协调为导向,在中观层面探讨居住用地与人口规模的静态、动态协调关系,针对城市的不同片区提出不同的居住用地供应策略。

Based on the population scale change and distribution data of central urban area, oriented by people and land coordination, this paper explores the static and dynamic coordination relationship between residential land and population scale at the meso level, and puts forward differ- ent residential land supply strategies for different areas of cities.
