基于响应面法的盾构施工表面沉降参数优化研究

摘要 以盾构施工中的表面沉降为研究对象,采用响应面法探讨施工参数对表面沉降的影响,施工参数包括刀盘转速、上土仓压力、注浆量以及加泥注入量,建立表面沉降的预测模型,并对表面沉降进行优化,以期得到最优施工参数,对实际盾构施工过程进行指导。 Taking the surface subsidence of shield tunneling as the research object, the influence of construction parameters on the surface subsidence is discussed by the response surface method. The construction parameters include the cutter head rotational speed, the pressure of the upper soil bin, the grouting value and the mud injection value. To guide the actual shield construction process, the prediction model of the surface subsidence is established and the surface subsidence is optimized in order to obtain the optimal construction parameters.
