摘要
选取装配整体式混凝土高层住宅项目结构施工中出现的质量问题进行了调查,对产生质量问题的影响因素进行了分析,确定了结构施工质量控制关键因素,并据此制定了优化施工方案和加强施工专业化和人员培训。
The paper undertakes the investigation over the quality problems in the structural construction of assemble concrete high-rise residential projects, analyzes the influential factors in the quality problems, identifies the key factors for the structural construction, makes out the optimal construction schemes and promotes the construction specialization and staff training.
