分享了六个方面的报价技巧和心得并举例说明,提出了"让价不让取费"等观点,对在建设工程施工招投标过程中,如何确定合理的报价并提高中标率以获取最大利润提供了一定的参考价值。
The paper introduces the pricing skills and reflection in six terms, indicates the skills with examples, points out the bargaining is allowed but the calculation of architectural engineering expense is not, indicates how to identify the reasonable pricing in the bidding of the construction projects, and provides some reference for obtaining the maximal benefits.
