摘要
运营期费用与营业收入是PPP项目工程造价投资风险分析评估的重要依据,包含了投资的效益与偿债能力两个方面;其次是通过对项目的风险识别与评估为PPP项目的实施提出科学的对策建议。以湖北香溪长江公路大桥PPP合作模式投资建设实践,总结PPP项目投资风险防范经验,以及科学合理的风险防范对策,可为其他类似工程项目提供借鉴参考。
The operating period cost and operating income are the important basis of PPP project cost investment risk analysis and evaluation, it includes two aspects of investment benefit and debt paying ability, secondly, it puts forward scientific countermeasures and suggestions for the implementation of PPP projects through risk identification and evaluation of projects. This paper summarizes the PPP project investment risk prevention experience by the Hubei Xiangxi Changjiang River Highway Bridge PPP cooperation model investment construction practice, as well as scientific and reasonable risk prevention measures, which can provide reference for other similar projects.
