石家庄市某制药企业污水处理过程废气排放特征及治理效果研究 被引量:5

Study on waste gas emission characteristics and treatment effect of sewage treatment process of a pharmaceutical enterprise in Shijiazhuang City

摘要 为了弄清制药企业污水处理过程废气的排放情况及废气治理工艺的效果,采集制药企业污水处理各工序以及经过废气处理后排放的废气样品,分析每个采样点硫化氢、氨及TVOC的排放特征。结果表明:在各个采样工序中,氨气在水解酸化池排放量最高,达到3 360 mg/m3,TVOC在生物MBR池工序排放量最高,达到11 469 mg/m3,硫化氢在絮凝反应沉淀池排放量最高,达到51 717 mg/m3。治理后的总排放口废气排放量均明显低于其通过废气治理设施前的水平。废气治理设施"碱洗+氧化+水洗"工艺对硫化氢和氨的去除效果好,对TVOC的治理效果较差;生物滴滤床工艺对硫化氢的去除效果较好,对氨及TVOC的去除效果较差,但对TVOC的去除效果优于"碱洗+氧化+水洗"工艺。研究可为污水处理过程寻找有针对性的废气处理工艺、为减少污水处理过程中恶臭气体及挥发性有机物的排放提供参考。 In order to find out the waste gas emission and treatment effect of sewage treatment process of a pharmaceutical enterprise,waste gas samples are collected from several wastewater treatment units and waste gas discharge outlet in sewage treatment progress of a pharmaceutical industry to analyze NH3,H2 S and TVOC emission characteristics. The study results show that the maximum NH3 emis-sion appears at hydrolysis acidification unite( 3 360 mg/m3),the maximum TVOC emission appears at MBR unite(11 469 mg/m3),and the maximum H2 S emission appears at the precipitation unite( 51 717 mg/m3). The total emission of waste gas after purification is significantly lower than that before purification. Waste gas treatment facilities"caustic wash + oxidation + washing"have good removal efficiency for H2 S and NH3,while have unsatisfying effect for TVOC. Biological filter bed has good removal efficiency for H2 S,while has unsatisfying effect for NH3 and TVOC,but it has better effect for TVOC than"caustic wash + oxidation + washing". This study provides reference for the treatment of waste gas in sewage treatment process,and may provide technical support for reducing the emissions of odor gas and volatile organic compounds during sewage treatment.
