摘要
针对某矿9~#煤层距上部已回采8#煤层距离小、工作面顺槽围岩及支护结构变形大的情况,通过对工作面开采后底板岩体破坏深度和煤柱下岩层应力分布规律理论计算分析,提出102工作面轨道顺槽高强稳定型支护技术方案并进行现场工业性试验,通过布置测站观测记录巷道表面及深基点位移,验证了围岩支护效果良好。
The distance between the No.9 coal seam and the mined upper No.8 coal seam is small and the deformation of the surrounding rock and the supporting structure is large.Through the theoretical calculation and analysis on the floor damage depth and rock stress distribution law under the coal pillars,a firm and stable supporting technology for the gateway in No.102 working face was proposed and on-site industrial tests were conducted.Observation stations were set to record the displacement of the roadway surface and the deep base points.The data verified the good supporting effects for the surrounding rock.
