近距离煤层大断面切眼一次成巷及支护技术 被引量:3

摘要 山西古县西山圪堆煤业开采的3#煤层属于近距离开采煤层,该煤层中的11301工作面在回采巷道掘进过程中矿压明显,在大断面的切眼巷道中,支护困难。在切眼实际施工中,矿上试验一次成巷技术,采用"锚杆+锚索+金属网+套棚+点柱"联合支护方式,避免了二次扩巷对顶板造成的扰动,切眼掘进顺利完成,巷道支护可靠,顶板压力被有效控制。相比切眼二次成巷技术,一次成巷技术掘进速度更快,支护成本更低。 The No.3 coal seam in Gedui Mine is close-distance mining.The 11301 coal face of the coal seam,with obvious mine pressure in the driving,is difficult to be supported in the largesection cut-off roadways.In the actual construction,simultaneous drifting was tested using the joint supporting method with bolts,anchors,metal meshes,shed-truss,and pointed pillars to avoid the disturbance on the roof caused by the secondary expansion and realize the smooth cut-off tunneling,reliable supporting,and effective control of roof pressure.Compared with the secondary tunneling,the simultaneous drifting is faster and its supporting cost is lower.
