针对矿建工程质量问题频发影响工程正常使用,给煤炭企业、国家和人民带来巨大损失的现状,结合实际对矿建工程质量缺陷进行分类,并理论分析了质量缺陷的形成机理,从前期控制和监督管理角度提出了矿建工程质量缺陷的控制措施。

The frequent quality defects in mine construction affect the normal working of the projects and bring huge losses to coal companies,our country,and our people.Based on the classification and theoretical analysis on the formation mechanism of the quality defects,the control measures were proposed from the perspective of preliminary control and supervision management.
