拱门式脚手架的改进及其承载力试验与理论分析

摘要 初始设计的拱门式脚手架经理论分析及试验验证后发现其承载力偏低,因而根据已有的理论及试验分析得出的失稳模式对其实施改进,对改进后的架体进行了3组整架试验,得到了改进后架体的失稳模式,并依据试验结果和理论分析得到改进后拱门式脚手架的承载力计算公式,同时验证了承载力计算公式的有效性,为改进型拱门式脚手架的实际使用提供依据。 It is found that the bearing capacity of the initial designed arch form scaffold was not enough through theoretical analysis and experimental verification. Thus, it was improved according to its instability mode obtained by theoretical and experimental analysis. 3 sets of entire improved arch form scaffolding frameworks experiments were conducted to obtain the instability mode of such type of scaffolding frameworks. Based on the experimental results and theoretical analysis, the formula for calculating the bearing capacity of the improved arched scaffold was obtained. The validity of the calculation formula of bearing capacity was also verified. The work provides the basis for practical uses of improved arch form scaffolding.
