摘要
对既有建筑结构进行鉴定并加固已成为国内外工程领域的热点问题。本文结合某工程实际案例,针对钢筋混凝土结构主要承重构件混凝土强度不满足设计要求,严重影响结构的安全及正常使用等问题,分析缺陷构件的性状并提出相应的加固设计方案。并对相应加固方法的施工注意事项进行分析,为今后结构加固提供借鉴。
The identification and reinforcement of existing building structures has become a hot issue in the domestic and foreign engineering field. In this paper,combined with the actual case of a project,aiming at the problem of the concrete strength of the main load-bearing members of the reinforced concrete structure does not meet the design requirement which seriously affects the safety and normal use of the structure,the properties of the defective components were analyzed,and a corresponding reinforcement design scheme was proposed. The construction precautions of the corresponding reinforcement methods were also analyzed to provide reference for future structural reinforcement.
