摘要
大底盘地下室顶板,在塔楼位置开洞后,使用阶段的极限低温产生的温降应力,容易造成洞口附近的L型剪力墙由于刚度突变在转角位置形成应力集中,使剪力墙在地下室顶板附近位置竖向开裂。本文从一个工程实例出发,分析了这种裂缝的成因,并进行计算验证,最终提出了相应的加固处理措施。可资类似工程处理借鉴。
The temperature drop stress, which caused by limit low temperature in-service phase, can cause stress concentration around the corner position of L type shear wall that near the cave due to stiffness mutation and generate vertical crack in the position of shear wall in the basement near the roof. That happens when the large basement roof is opened hole location on the tower. Based on an engineering example, this paper analyzes the causes of such cracks, conducts calculation and verification, and finally puts forward the corresponding reinforcement and treatment measures. It is hoped to provide reference for similar projects.
