摘要
《石油化工行业检修工程预算定额》(2009版)不适用于土建检修缮工程的预结算,笔者所在的福建省石油化工集团及其所属企业在实际的土建新建、改扩建工程或检修缮工程的预、结算方面,一直参考使用福建省各专业工程消耗量定额/预算定额。文中结合实际工作的造价数据,试分析新旧版定额对化工企业土建检修缮工程造价管理工作的影响,并提出一些工作注意点,供广大预算人员借鉴。
The ＂Budget quota for maintenance engineering in petrochemical industry＂（2009） is not applicable to project costs of civil maintenance engineering. The Fujian Provincial Petrochemical Group and its affiliated companies where the writer is located have been referring to various professional project consumption quotas/budget fixed quotas in Fujian in the actual civil maintenance engineering. Combining the actual work cost data, the paper analyzes the impact of the new and old quotas on the civil maintenance engineering cost management in chemical companies, and puts forward some working suggestions for the majority of budget officers to use for reference.
