摘要
随着社会经济的发展,人力资源的作用越来越明显。企业与企业之间的竞争,就是人才的竞争。特别建筑企业,获得更多优秀工程管理人才,意味着更多获得相关证书几率、提升项目管理能力,为建筑企业今后招投标工作和经济效益打下坚实基础。然而建筑企业因工作环境等因素影响,对优秀工程专业人才的吸引力越来越低。本文希望通过校园招聘工作提前化、深入化,探索一条适合建筑企业要求、忠诚度高的人才招聘途径,提高建筑企业人才储备工作实效性。
With the development of social economy, the function of human resource becomes more and more obvious. The competition in enterprises is the competition of talented persons. For special construction enterprises, obtaining more excellent engineering management talents means increasing the chances of obtaining more relevant certificates, enhancing project management ability, and laying a solid foundation for the future bidding and tendering work of construction enterprises. However, due to the influence of working environment and other factors, construction enterprises are less and less attractive to excellent engineering professionals. In this paper, we hope to explore a way of recruiting qualified personnel who is suitable for the requirements of construction enterprises with loyalty, so as to improve the efficiency of talents storage for construction enterprises.
