摘要
分析了油田集输站噪声污染现状,基于对噪声污染来源的研究,提出了噪声污染的综合治理方法,并对各方法进行了综合对比分析。研究表明,油田噪声污染问题较为严重,应对集输站噪声等级进行评估与治理。噪声污染来源主要为注水泵、加热炉、风机及抽油机等。噪声治理方法主要有设备改造、工艺流程改造、吸声吊顶及墙面、隔声门窗、移动式隔声屏及隔声罩、房中房隔振、风机消声器及配套、人员个体防护,其中,传播途径治理方法具有投资成本低、降噪效果好的特点。
This paper analyzed the current situation of noise pollution in oil gathering station. Several comprehensive treatment methods were provided and compared based on research of the source of noise pollution. Water injection pumps, heating furnaces, fans and pumping units were identified as the major source. The main methods of noise control included equipment modification, process transformation, sound absorption ceiling and wall surface, sound insulation door and window, mobile sound insulation screen and sound insulation cover, housing isolation vibration, fan muffler and accessories, and individual protection. The transmission route management method was preferred due to its low investment cost and good noise reduction effect.
