Research and Exploration on Quality Management of Oil Depot Reconstruction Project

以A油库自动化改造项目为例,介绍了工程项目质量管理概念,制定了基于4M1E法的质量管理方案,从项目人员、施工材料、施工机械、施工方案以及施工环境等5个方面梳理了影响A油库改造项目的质量管理因素,并提出相应的优化措施,为相关改造项目管理体系的深入研究提供了参考。

Using the automation improving project of oil depot A as an example, the concept of engineering project quality management was introduced. A quality management scheme based on 4M1E method was proposed. Factors affecting the reconstruction such as project personnel, construction materials, construction machinery, construction plan and construction environment were analyzed. In the end, we put forward the optimization method as a reference for further study.
