将上级医院进修纳入社区新护士规范化培训的临床实践

Clinical practice of incorporating advanced hospital training into the standardized training for community new nurses

目的 :探讨将上级医院进修纳入社区卫生服务中心新护士规范化培训对提高新护士理论成绩、操作能力和护士职业自我认同感的效果,为社区护士规范化培训模式的建立提供依据。方法 :选择2013—2017年在南翔镇社区卫生服务中心工作的所有新护士12名,将上级医院进修纳入其规范化培训内容。采用理论考试、操作考试、护士职业认同评定量表对进修效果进行评价。结果 :12名新护士进修后的理论成绩和操作成绩均有显著提高,其成绩差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);急救技能方面由进修前的(83.00±3.62)分提升至进修后的(90.90±3.25)分;新护士PIS评分总分差异有统计学意义(t=2.926,P <0.01);新护士的职业挫折应对、职业自我反思、职业认知评价及职业社交技能的差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 :将上级医院进修纳入社区卫生服务中心新护士规范化培训是提升护士理论知识、操作能力和职业自我认同感等综合能力的有效途径。

Objective： To explore the effect of incorporating advanced hospital training into the standardized training for new nurses in the community health service center on improving theoretical achievements, operational ability and professional self-identity of new nurses to provide basis for the establishment of standardized training mode for community nurses. Methods： From 2013 to 2017, 12 new nurses working in the Nanxiang Community Health Service Center were selected, and the advanced hospital training was included in the standardized training. The theoretical examination, the operation test, and the nurse professional identification rating scale were used to evaluate the training effect. Results： The theoretical achievements and operational scores of the 12 new nurses were signifcantly improved after the training, and the diference in their scores was statistically signifcant （P〈0.01）; the frst-aid skills were upgraded from （83.00±3.62） points before the training to （90.90±3.25） points after the training; the total score diference of PIRS scores of new nurses was statistically signifcant（t=2.926, P〈0.01）; there were significant differences in the professional frustration response, professional self-reflection, professional cognition evaluation and professional social skills of the new nurses（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It is an efective way to improve the comprehensive ability of nurses’ theoretical knowledge, operational ability and professional self identity by incorporating advanced hospital training into the standardized training of new nurses in the community health service center.
