Performance Evaluation System of Scientific and Technological Innovation of Tianjin Port Group

为更好地发挥科技创新在转型升级过程中的作用,客观准确地评价科技创新的实施效果,针对天津港集团落实创新驱动发展战略存在的问题及制约瓶颈,利用层次分析法进行研究,提出了一套科技创新绩效评价体系,此项体系方案的实施将对天津港集团的科技创新及成果转化具有深远意义。

To better play the role of science and technology innovation in the transformation and upgrading process,an objective and accurate evaluation of the implementation of the scientific and technological innovation effect was carriedout to find the problems existing in the development strategy of Tianjin Port Group and the innovation driven and constraining bottleneck. This paper puts forward a scientific and technological innovation performance evaluation system by using the analytic hierachy method. The implementation of the system scheme of Tianjin Port Group of science and technology innova-tion has far-reaching significance.
