摘要
在深海水域进行管线试压时,由于海管内注入的是海面表层水,海管内外海水的热交换往往需要十几天甚至更长的时间,只有当管内的试压介质与海底环境完成热量交换后才可以进入规范要求的保压状态。结合管道的试压工程实例,提出了一种新的海管试压结果快速判定方法,通过对前期压力数据的处理分析来判定海管的最终保压状态,将海底管线的试压工期缩短至几天时间,对于深水工程尤其基于水下设施开发的海底管道试压有借鉴意义,对工程成本的控制效果更为显著。
When performing the hydro-testing for subsea pipe line in deep sea,as the seawater temperature difference is very large from surface to bottom,it will take ten days or more to finish the heat exchange of sea water which is inside and outside the pipe-in-pipe,before the pressure holding operation. In this paper,a new method was proposed for subsea pipe hydro-testing. This new method can make sure the hydro-testing result by analyzing the data which is documented in the first operation days,shorten the operation time of hydro-testing and save the cost.
