摘要 针对现有聚合物微球调剖剂普遍存在吸水膨胀过快的不足,采用化学性质稳定的N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺与可降解型丙烯酸酯类交联剂制备了双交联聚合物微球调剖剂,通过丙烯酸酯类交联剂在一定pH值及温度下降的解特性,实现对聚合物微球溶胀性能的控制。在研究了交联剂、油溶剂、乳化剂、反应温度等条件对聚合物微球粒径和溶胀速率的影响的基础上,成功制备了初始粒径10~20μm双交联聚合物微球,其粒径分布集中,具有优异的耐剪切、耐盐性能,封堵效果明显,在油田堵水调剖领域具有潜在应用价值。 In view of the deficiencies of existing polymer microsphere profile control agents,water absorption expansion is too fast. In this paper,the chemically stable N,N-methylenebisacrylamide and the degradable acrylate crosslinker were used to prepare bicrosslinked polymer microsphere. The polymer microsphere profile control agent realizes the control of theswelling property of the polymer microsphere by the degradation characteristics of the acrylate crosslinker at a certain pHvalue and certain temperature. In this paper,the effects of cross-linking agent,oil solvent,emulsifier,reaction tempera-ture and other conditions on the particle size and swelling rate of polymer microspheres were studied in detail. Bicrosslinked polymer microspheres with initial particle size of 10~20μm were successfully prepared. The particle size distribution of the microspheres is concentrated,with excellent shear and salt resistance,and the plugging effect is obvious. It has potential application value in the field of water shutoff and profile control.
