滤料粒径优化对海上油田生产污水水质控制的探索研究与应用 被引量:4

摘要 生产污水过滤器对于污水回注水质控制至关重要,油田现场以行多从滤器的过滤、反洗、再生角度出发研究水质的控制。现改为从过滤机理研究出发,通过阐述滤料粒径与污水回注水质中悬浮物固体含量的关系,提出粒径优化方案,并立足于矿场试验,取得了明显效果。 The production sewage filter is very important to water quality control of water injection in oil field. It is very common to see people doing the research about filtering mechanism,backwash mechanism and regeneration mechanism. In this paper,the relationship between particle size in the filter and the solid content of suspended matter was described. More-over,an optimum scheme was proposed and it has obtained good results in field test.
