不同的制浆工艺所得的浆和纸的品质均存在差异,在制备化机浆过程中,预浸渍是影响化机浆质量的重要因素之一。竹材蒸煮的一个较大的问题是竹类原料组织结构紧密,浸渍过程中药液较难渗透。本文讨论了处理工艺对慈竹浸渍情况的影响,研究发现:处理温度、时间和浸渍液初始浓度均是影响药液浸渍情况和浸渍得率的关键因素。

Pulping technology has important influence on the paper. Impregnation is one of the important factors for influencing the quality of the chemical pulp in the process of preparation Structure closely is a big problem in pulping, which makes liquid difficult to penetrate in the process of impregnation. Impregnated Neosinocalamus were explored under different processing time. Results indi cated that pretreatment temperature, time and initial concentration of impregnating solution are the key factors to permeability and yieldof Neosinocalamus .
