热压温度对高性能纤维云母纸基物理性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以芳纶1313短切纤维、浆粕和云母粉为主要原料的高性能纤维云母绝缘纸,经过湿法成型和干燥获得初始强度,将其在平板热压机上进行热压,探讨了热压温度对高性能纤维云母绝缘纸的透气率、抗张强度、伸长率和厚度物理性能的影响。实验结果表明,热压温度对高性能纤维云母纸基的抗张强度和伸长率有较大的影响,对纸张透气率的影响次之,对纸张厚度的影响较小。热压温度200~240℃时高性能纤维云母纸基可以得到较好的物理性能。 Aramid mica paper is made of aramid chopped 1313, aramidfibrids and mica powder. First, ar amid mica paper was prepared by wet forming and drying to obtain its initial strength. After that, ar amid mica paper is pressed by the hot pressing machine. The effect of hot press temperature on physical properties of aramid mica paper wereinvestigated in this paper. Physical properties include permeability, tensile strength, elongation, and thickness. Experimental results showed that hot press temperature has great influence on the tensile strength and elongation of aramid mica paper base,followed by the permea bilityof aramid mica paper base. But,hot press temperature has little effect on the thickness of aramid mica paper base. The physical properties of aramid mica paper is best when hot press temperature is 200℃ -240℃.
