摘要
通过对专业学位研究生实践教育体系现状的观察、分析和思考,发现专业学位研究生在课程体系设置、联合培养企业的选择、联合培养基地的建设、企业副导师的筛选与管理等实践教育方面存在的问题,认为专业学位研究生实践教育体系的优化和持续改进势在必行,建立一套科学可行、持续有效的实践教育体系是提高工程硕士研究生培养质量的重要保障,并提出加强实践课程体系建设、联合培养基地、师资队伍及其持续改进的建议与措施。
The current situation of practical education system for engineering graduate students with a professional masterdegree was investigated and analyzed, the optimization and continuous improvement of the practical education system forthis group of graduate students is discussed, and some scientific and feasible methods were developed. Continuous andeffective practical education system is an important guarantee for improving the quality of engineering graduate students.Therefore suggestions for continuous strengthening of the school-enterprise joint training base, teaching staff development,and curriculum system construction were put forward.
