摘要
民办高校青年教师教学能力的发展对其人才培养质量、师资队伍建设及可持续发展有重要影响。目前,民办高校青年教师具备基本的教学能力,但各项能力发展水平有待提高,尤其是教学研究能力、课堂管理能力和实践教学能力处于较低水平,不能充分满足应用型人才培养的需要。依据存在的问题,以三元交互决定论为基础,从教师个体、学校和社会三个层面深入分析了影响民办高校青年教师教学能力发展的因素及其相互之间的关系。
The development of teaching abilities of young teachers can affect not only the teaching quality, but also the construction of the faculty team and then the sustainable development of the university. Young teachers at private universities have the basic teaching abilities, but they need further development, especially in areas of teaching research, class management and practice teaching, which now can not satisfy the needs for applied talents training. Based on those existing problems and the theory of reciprocal determinism, in this paper, we analyzed the three major factors that affect the development of young teachers' teaching abilities and the relationship between them, namely individual teachers, schools and society.
