创业生态环境下高校创新人才培养模式的研究——以工业工程专业为例

On the Innovative Talent Teaching Modal for Industrial Engineering under the Ecological Environment of Entrepreneurship

针对目前创业生态环境下大学生创新创业教育学科模糊,教学体系重专业基础知识教育,轻创新创业教育,重创业、轻创新能力和创新意识培养的问题,以工业工程专业为例,提出了强调创新创业能力提升的创新人才培养体系和教学模式。该体系以学生为中心,强调创新能力培养的创业提升;将创新能力的培养与内外创业生态环境相融合,集课程体系、实践训练体系、创新精神和创业意识激发、创新创业能力、工程技术实践能力及专业能力培养为一体,培养适应建设创新型国家需要的IE创新人才。

In view of the present problems with college students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship, as well as the teachingsystem, we put forward a new talent training model which puts emphasis on innovation and entrepreneurship. The modelis students centered and innovative ability orientated, which advocates that the entrepreneurship environment should beintegrated into the cultivation of the students＇ innovative abilities, the cultivation should be both inside and outsideclassrooms, and both teaching and practical training systems should be reformed, so as turn out more innovative IEtalents to meet the needs of the development of our country.
