摘要 针对喷油螺杆空压机油气分离器的结构,对粗分离系统和精细分离系统进行研究分析,包含初始含油量,初始压差,滤材饱和状态,流场轨迹和流速进行研究等大类,用仪器测试并绘出图表数据、解剖直观分析、用软件实体建模,并进行流体仿真分析,让人们对其有更进一步的深入了解,在日常工作中得以参考。 Based on the structure of oil-air separator of oil-injected screw air compressor, the rough separation system and the fineseparation system were studied and analyzed. The initial oil content, initial pressure drop, filter saturation state, flow field trajectoryand flow velocity were studied. Using the instrument to test and plot the chart data, anatomical analysis, modeling with software andperforming fluid simulation analysis, which helps people with a deeper understanding of it and can be referenced in daily work.
