摘要
聚焦门罗短篇小说《逃离》中的两位女性角色,通过分析自由间接引语、文体特征和象征意义,发现女性同性恋情的隐性进程贯穿文本始终,与两性冲突的显性情节相互矛盾又相互补充,共同塑造出强者不强、弱者不弱的复杂人物形象,揭示女性面临家庭内外的双重困境。
Focusing on the two female characters in Munro＇s short story Runaway and analyzing its free indirect discourses,stylistic features and symbolic meanings,it is found that behind the plot development of gender relations,there exists a covert progression of homosexual love which goes through the story from beginning to the end. The dual narrative movements are both contradictory and complementary,which can help to build complicated images that the stronger is not strong and the weaker is not weak and to reveal the dual predicaments of women from the inside and outside of family.
