大学生创业动态演化过程与创业身份建构——基于创业社会网络的分析

The Dynamic Evolution Process of College Students' Entrepreneurship and the Construction of Entrepreneurial Identity——Based on the Analysis of Entrepreneurial Social Networks

"互联网+创新创业"思潮催生了数以万计的新企业,其中包括了大学生创业者在内的校园新企业。通过对爱尚创意文化传媒这一校园新企业的动态演化过程进行研究,发现创业社会网络在其创业发展过程中起着重要的作用,可以有效地对创业者的创业能力、社会资本、创业机会以及身份建构进行分析。研究结果表明:(1)创业者的创业社会网络是一个阶段性过程,受多种因素制约,其中创业社会网络的链接对持续性创业起推进作用;(2)身份建构在与创业者机会识别、开发和利用关系中发挥中介作用,创业动态演化的过程也使创业者对自身认识发生变化。因而,创业者应克服各阶段影响、注重创业身份的重塑以提升其创业能力,促进整个创业活动处于良性的可持续动态演化状态。

The thought of ＂the Internet plus innovative entrepreneurship＂ has led to the birth of tens of thousands of new enterprises,including the new campus enterprises founded by college student entrepreneurs. Through the research of the dynamic evolution process of Aishang Media,which is a new campus enterprise,it is found that entrepreneurial social network plays an important role in the process of its startup and development,so it can be used to effectively analyze the entrepreneurial ability,social capital,entrepreneurial opportunities and identity construction. The results show that：（ 1） Entrepreneurial social network of entrepreneurs is a phased process affected by various factors,and the links of entrepreneurial social network can boost sustainable entrepreneurship;（ 2） The identity construction plays an intermediary role in the identification,development and utilization of entrepreneurial opportunities,and the dynamic evolution process of entrepreneurs also makes changes to their own cognition. Therefore,entrepreneurs should overcome all stages of influence and focus on remodeling entrepreneurial identity to enhance their entrepreneurial capabilities and promote the whole entrepreneurial process in a benign dynamic evolution state.
