摘要
以重型牵引车为研究对象,围绕主要运行的高速工况,利用数理统计和多参数统计理论主成分分析与聚类分析方法,提取出重型牵引车高速路段的典型运行工况;基于提取的典型工况,利用仿真和重型转毂台架进行验证,典型工况的油耗与实际用户的油耗结果一致,证明了该提取方法的准确性。
Taking heavy tractor as the research object, the typical operating conditions of high-speed road section of heavy tractor are extracted by using mathematical statistics and the principal component analysis and cluster analysis method of the multi-parameter statistic theory around the high-speed working conditions of main operation. Based on the typical operating conditions of extraction, the simulation and heavy-duty rotating hub stand are used to verify that the fuel consumption of typical working conditions is consistent with the user'S actual fuel consumption, which proves the accuracy of the extraction method.
