摘要
针对某车型在试验过程中出现的机油泵异响问题展开研究,通过计算流体动力学方法分析确定机油泵异响的机理,对机油泵进行结构优化,评价优化效果,最后通过试验再对优化方案进行验证,确定分析和优化方案的准确合理。
According to the research on the abnormal sound of oil pump during the test of a model, the mechanism of the abnormal sound of the oil pump is determined by the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method. Then, the structure of the oil pump is optimized and the optimization effect is evaluated. Finally, the optimization scheme is verified by the experiment to determine the accuracy and rationality of the analysis and optimization scheme.
