摘要
为提高运输类旋翼航空器飞行手册程序章节的实用性,缩短飞行手册编制和取证的时间,在解析CCAR29.1585条款的基础上,首先分析了该条款的审定要素,并提出与审定要素相对应的飞行手册程序章节的详细评审要求。通过研究国内外现有旋翼航空器飞行手册及相关标准规范,提出了满足CCAR29.1585要求的运输类旋翼航空器飞行手册程序章节的编写构架及内容的规范化建议。最后,对国产型号AC313飞行手册的程序章节提出了改进建议。
In order to improve the practicability of the procedure chapters of transporting rotorcraft flight manuals and shorten the time of compilation and validation basing on analysis of CCAR29.1585. Firstly, the approval factors are analyzed, then review requirements for flight manual procedure chapters corresponding to the approval factors are proposed in details. Through research on existing rotorcraft flight manuals and relevant regulations in and abroad, suggestions on standardization of writing framework and content of procedure chapters are put forward to meet the requirements of CCAR29.1585. Finally, reasonable suggestions are given for AC313 flight manual procedure chapters improvement.
