摘要 新时期,准确把握和重新界定高职院校教师职业精神的内涵对重塑教师职业精神、探索科学合理的培育路径具有重要的现实意义。从师魂、师德和师能三个方面重新对高职院校教师所应具备的职业精神进行界定后得出,高职院校教师应该是知识的化身、智慧的源泉、道德的典范、人格的楷模、先进文化的传播者、学生人生可靠的领路人;应该具有爱岗敬业的情操、热爱学生的胸怀、为人师表的修养、不断进取的精神和严谨治学的风格;应该从教学技巧、专业素养、哲学思维和文学语言等几个方面练就和提高自身的教学能力。 In the new period, it is of great practical significance to accurately grasp and redefine the connotation of professional spirit of teachers in vocational colleges for remolding the professional spirit of teachers and exploring a scientific and rational cultivation path. By redefining the professional spirit of the teachers in vocational colleges from such three aspects as the soul, the morality and the ability of teachers, it is concluded that the teachers in vocational colleges should be the incarnation of knowledge, the source of wisdom, the model of morality, the model of personality, the disseminator of the advanced culture and the leading person in life; that they should have the sentiment of loving their job, the mind of loving their students, the self-cultivation of a teacher's model for others, the unceasing enter- prising spirit and the style of rigorous scholarship; that they should make and improve their teaching ability from such aspects as teaching skills, professional accomplishment, philosophical thinking and literary language.
