关于高校GYB创业培训的思考

Reflections on the Education of GYB Entrepreneurship Training in Universities

GYB创业培训主要是对那些有创业意向但是没有可行企业想法的人进行创业培训。目前GYB模式在大学生创业培训中存在培训周期短、课程设置受限、师资队伍不足、培训内容欠缺等问题。在高校开展GYB创业培训,需完善培训内容,提高大学生的综合素质;优化课程设置,注重大学生的实践锻炼;强化师资队伍,优化教师的专业结构;加大培训力度,增设大学生创业基地。

GYB entrepreneurship training is mainly aimed for those who have entrepreneurial intentions but fail to have feasible ideas of enterprises. At present, the GYB mode has such problems as short training period, limited curriculum setting, inadequate teaching staff and lack of training contents in training college students＇ entrepreneur- ship. To carry out GYB entrepreneurship training, universities should improve the training contents, enhance the com- prehensive quality of college students, optimize the curriculum setting, pay attention to the practice of college students, strengthen the teaching staff, optimize the professional structure of teachers, strengthen the training and add the base of college students＇ entrepreneurship.
