摘要
"对分课堂"是一种新的教学模式,将"对分课堂"教学模式应用于"管理心理学"课程教学实践中,可以有效增加生生、师生的互动与交流,增强学生的学习主动性,提升学生的学习能力,并且通过课上和课下任务的设计以及教师精讲与学生自主学习的形式,将学习的自主权还给学生,从而提高教学效果。
"Pad Class" is a new teaching mode. Applying "Pad Class" teaching mode to the teaching practice of Management Psychology course can effectively increase student-student, teacher-student interaction and communication, and enhance the students' learning initiative and.their learning ability, and return the autonomy of learning to students by means of the design of the tasks in class and after class, teachers' intensive teaching and students' autonomous learning so as to improve the teaching effect.
