摘要
BCL11基因是BCL家族的重要组成部分,与血液肿瘤的发生相关,而BCL11B基因是BCL11家族一个不可忽视的成员之一。BCL11B基因是一种重要的转录调控因子,同时也是一种肿瘤抑制基因。BCL11B基因不仅参与胸腺发生、T细胞增殖和分化等生物过程,同时也调控着淋巴造血系统的发育和增殖等。此外,BCL11B基因基因突变或者异常表达等还会导致白血病/淋巴瘤以及其他恶性肿瘤的发生。因此研究BCL11B基因能为肿瘤的发生及治疗提供理论依据。
The BCL11 gene is an important component of the BCL family and is associated with the development of hematological tumors, and the BCL11 B gene is one of the most important members of the BCL11 family.BCL11 B gene is an important transcriptional regulator and a tumor suppressor gene. BCL11 B gene is involved not only in biological processes such as thymusogenesis, T cell proliferation and differentiation, but also in the development and proliferation of the lymphatic hematopoietic system. In addition, mutations or abnormal expression of the BCL11 B gene may lead to the development of leukemia/lymphoma and other malignant tumors. Therefore, the study of BCL11 B gene can provide a theoretical basis for the occurrence and treatment of tumors.
