在高职院校的发展中,文化是贯穿始终的核心要素。高职院校要在国家发展战略中勇于担当并实现自身的创新发展,就必须在文化内涵上着力耕耘。基于文化认同力视角,意在观照高职院校与社会之间的精神联结,提出从凝练办学理念、培育大师名流、突显文化个性、创新教育模式、培植教育品牌、优化信息配置等六个方面提升高职文化吸引力、辐射力、融合力、创造力,以期助推高职院校的开放式创新和可持续发展。

Throughout the process of development of higher vocational colleges, the culture serves as the core element. In order to take responsibility and realize their own innovative development in national development strategy, Higher vocational colleges should work hard on cultural connotation. Based on the perspective of culture identity, aiming at observing the spirit connection between higher vocational colleges and society, suggestions are proposed to improve the attraction, radiation and fusion power and creativity of culture of higher vocational colleges that are to refine school-running idea, cultivate the master celebrities, highlight the cultural personality, innovate education mode, cultivate education brand, optimize the distribution of information, so as to promote the open innovation and sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.
