摘要
目的了解安徽省大学生急救知识的普及情况,并探究适合的急救知识普及方式。方法对采用分层整群抽样法抽取的安徽省6所大学的1 132名学生分组后,分别施予同伴教育培训、多媒体课堂教育、操作演练及情景模拟和报刊、黑板报、宣传栏等急救知识展览4种培训方式,培训时间共180 d,并对培训效果进行评价。结果安徽省大学生对急救知识掌握程度较差,大学生急救知识得分为(65.01±17.42),其中"正确处理酒精中毒"急救行为的知晓率最高(1 040人,91.87%),"胸外心脏按压频率"的知晓率最低(304人,26.86%);在施予操作演练及情景模拟、多媒体课堂教学及同伴培训教育的培训方式后,急救知识得分差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);操作演练及情景模拟法培训效果显著优于其他方法(P值均<0.05)。结论安徽省大学生亟待急救知识普及工作的开展;操作演练及情景模拟法为最佳普及方式。
Objective To understand the level of first aid knowledge among college students in Anhui Province. Methods A total of 1 132 students in 6 universities from Anhui Province were selected to randomly participate four types of first aid training,including peer education, multimedia classroom teaching. First aid knowledge was evaluated before and after training. Results College students in Anhui Province had poor first aid knowledge, with average first aid score of( 65.01±17.42). The awareness rate of alcohol first aid was the highest( 91.87%), and " chest compression frequency" was the lowest( 26.86%). First-aid knowledge differed significantly after the application of different training modes, with operation training and scenario simulation group had higher score compared with multimedia classroom teaching and peer education group( P〈0.05). Conclusion College students in Anhui province should be provided with first-aid knowledge training, optimally in operational and scenario simulation methods.
