摘要
在存放80年和50年的纸质档案中采样,利用分子生物学手段分析,发现相比于存放50年的纸质档案,存放80年纸质档案中含有更多有害真菌,且多样性更高,差异更明显。说明纸质档案中的真菌随时间变得更为复杂,长时间存放档案会产生更多易分解纸质档案的真菌。本研究为库房纸质档案微生物防治提供科学依据。
Molecular biological methods were used to analyze the fungal composition and diversity be- tween paper archives preserved for 50 and 80 ages. The results showed that more categories of harmful fungi as well as higher cx-diversity and 13-diversity were observed in the paper archives of 80 ages com- pared with that of 50 ages. The fungal community in the paper archives became more complex with time and thus had a negative effect on paper archives conservation. This study will provide a scientific basis for microbial control in paper archives.
