《列宁档案法令》的产生及其历史命运和当代价值

纵观19世纪俄国档案工作及档案学思想发展史，《列宁档案法令》的产生有其特定的社会背景、思想根源以及保护和抢救档案的客观原因及政治动因，而俄罗斯档案工作者联盟在十月革命前后的档案改革中发挥了重要的作用。苏联解体之后，《列宁档案法令》所确立的档案制度发生了重要变化，但其基本的立法思想得以延续和发展，并为当代俄罗斯档案事业的发展提供了支撑。

A survey of the history of Russian archival work and the development of archival ideas in nineteenth Century shows that, the creation of the Lenin＇s Archival Decree has its specific social back- ground, ideological roots, objective reasons for the protection and rescue of archivesand political reasons.The Federation of RussianArchivists has played an important role in the archival reform before and after the October Revolution. After the collapse of Soviet Unionthe archival system established by Lenin＇s Archival Decree has undergone significant changes, but its basic legislative thought has continued and developed, and has provided support for the development of Russian archival undertaking.
