摘要
目前我国档案学专业实践性教学体系不利于创新型档案人才的培养。中国人民大学信息资源管理学院经过长期摸索,逐渐形成面向创新型档案人才培养的“一线三点”实践教学模式,即在实践教学中以课题项目的研究开发为主线。以创新性实践课程平台、创新实验平台及创新活动平台等三点为支撑,重点培养学生的自主学习能力、档案职业能力、研究开发能力、团队协作能力、创业创新能力等。该模式强调实践教学内容的规划、设计与选择,并对实践教学的组织方式进行了重构。“一线三点”实践教学模式的改革是一项系统工程,需要从制度、师资力量、资源配置和组织等方面予以保障。
The current practical teaching system of archival major doesn't help muchto train the inno- vative archival talents. Based on years of practice of School of Information Resource Manageplent in Ren- min University of China, we put forward the "one thread, three supporting platforms'practical teaching mode which suggests that practical teaching should be based on project development , along with the sup- port of the platform of innovative practical teaching course, the platform of open maker' labs, and the platform of innovative practical activities, intending to cultivate the ability of self-learning, archival career, research and development, team-cooperation, innovation and creation. The above mode attaches great impor- tance to the planning,design and selection of the practical teaching category, and has to reorganize it care- fully. "One thread, three supporting platforms" mode reform is a systemic project which requires taking measures in many aspects such as institutionalization, teaching team building, resources allocation, and or- chestration.
