Research progress on mechanisms of Shenfu Injection in the treatment of vascular diseases

综述参附注射液治疗血管性疾病机制研究进展。参附注射液常用于血管性疾病的治疗,主要治疗机制:(1)心血管疾病方面涉及保护缺血再灌注损伤、调控心肌酶活性、调节心肌细胞电生理效应及离子通道、调节细胞因子;(2)脑血管疾病方面涉及保护神经、改善能量代谢、调节电生理和离子通道、调节细胞因子;(3)其他血管相关疾病涉及增加血管灌注,改变血流动力学和血液流变学以及保护血管内皮细胞。

This paper reviews the research progress on mechanisms of Shenfu Injection in the treatment of vascular diseases. Shenfu Injection is commonly used in the treatment of vascular diseases. Its main mechanisms are as follows： ①in cardiovascular disease, it can protect the ischemia-reperfusion injury, regulate the activity of myocardial enzymes, regulate the electrophysiology of cardiomyocytes and ion channels, regulate the cytokines; ②in cerebrovascular disease, it can protect the nerves, improve the energy metabolism, regulate the electrophysiology, ion channels and cytokines; ③in other vascular diseases, it can increase blood perfusion, change hemodynamics and hemorheology and protect vascular endothelial ceils.
