《创伤失血性休克诊治中国急诊专家共识》解读 被引量:16

摘要 创伤失血性休克时,由于严重创伤造成大量失血导致细胞水平的氧输送不匹配,一旦失血持续不能被抑制,将很快导致患者死亡。严重创伤失血导致的死亡仍属于全球性的卫生问题,据统计,美国每年有超过6万例的患者死于创伤失血性休克,而全球范围则超过了150万例。
