社会主义核心价值观融入法治建设已逐渐成为社会共识,二者为"魂体相符"的契合式融入,体现出严谨的内在逻辑关系。社会主义核心价值观入法是克服法治自身局限、维护社会主义意识形态安全和培育社会主义法治信仰的必然要求。社会主义核心价值观是法治的灵魂统帅,法治为社会主义核心价值观提供制度保证,中国"法的精神"的意蕴是社会主义核心价值观入法的现实基础。科学立法、严格执法、公正司法、全民守法,为社会主义核心价值观从各个层面有效融入法治建设并成为全民信仰提供了具有价值导向的实践路径。

The integration of socialist core values into the construction of the rule of law has gradually become a social consensus. The combination of the two is ＂the consonance between soul and body ＂, which reflects the strict internal logical relationship. The so- cialist core values into the law is an inevitable requirement ,which can overcome the limitations of the rule of law, maintain socialist ideology and cultivate socialist belief in the rule of law. The core values are the soul commander of the rule of law, which provides in- stitutional guarantee for the core values. The implication of Chinese ＂spirit of law＂ is the realistic basis for the core values to be incor- porated into law. The combination of scientific legislation, strictly enforce the law, impartial justice and national law provide the value orientation of practical path, which can promote the socialist core values from all levels effectively to integrate into the construction of the rule of law and become a national faith.
