河南口岸2例输入性登革热病例鉴定分析

TWO IMPORTED DENGUE FEVER CASES IN HE'NAN PORT IN 2017

对2017年河南口岸入境的2例发热归国人员进行医学巡诊和流行病学调查,提取2例发热归国者血清样本中核酸,进行实时荧光RT-PCR检测。结果显示,登革热病毒通用型核酸阳性,分型鉴定均为登革热病毒Ⅱ型核酸阳性,证实属于境外染疫,疫源地分别为斯里兰卡和泰国。随即对患者进行后续医疗援助,直至疾病康复无传染性。本结果提示应根据国际疫情动态变动形势,加强对口岸输入性病例精准防控。

Two cases of fever returnees entering He ＇nan port in 2017 were subjected to medical inspections and epidemiological investigations. The nucleic acids were extracted from the serum samples of the two patients, and RT-PCR was performed in the laboratory to indentify the virus. The tests for universal dengue virus were shown positive, and then were conformed with sequences analysis as type Ⅱ dengue virus. The epidemiological survey and laboratory tests suggested that the cases were imported dengue fever from Sri Lanka and Thailand respectively. Results from the follow-up medical services showed that the two patients recovered without any sequela. Precise prevention and control of imported epidemic diseases should be strengthened timely according to the international epidemics.
