摘要 从信号转导通路方面综述中药抗肝癌细胞增殖和诱导细胞凋亡的研究进展。中药和中药提取物可通过调控肝癌相关信号通路,如MAPK信号转导通路、PI3K/AKT信号转导通路、JAK-STAT通路、Caspase途径、Wnt信号通路等,改变肝癌细胞特性发挥抑制肝癌细胞增殖和诱导细胞凋亡的效果。 This paper reviews the research progress of Chinese medicine on inhibiting proliferation and inducing apoptosis of hepatoma carcinoma cells based on signaling transduction pathways. Chinese medicines and their extracts can change the peculiarity of hepatoma carcinoma cells and exert the proliferation inhibition and apoptosis induction effects through regulating hepatoma carcinoma-related signaling pathways such as MAPK signal transduction pathway,PI3K/AKT signal transduction pathway,JAK-STAT signaling pathway,Caspase pathway,Wnt signaling pathway and so on.
