跨代饲喂转maroACC基因玉米对子代蛋鸡肠道发育和形态的影响

摘要 研究旨在探究长期、跨代饲喂转maroACC基因玉米对子代蛋鸡肠道发育和形态的影响。选用48只50周龄的产蛋母鸡随机分为2个处理组,分别饲喂同源非转基因玉米饲粮(CT)和转maroACC基因玉米饲粮(CC),连续饲喂12周后,通过人工授精、孵化得到子代蛋鸡。子代鸡根据亲代的分组分为2个饲粮处理组:亲代饲喂CT玉米/子代饲喂CT玉米(CT-CT);亲代饲喂CC玉米/子代饲喂CC玉米(CC-CC)。子代公鸡(6个重复/处理,6只鸡/重复;饲喂32周)和母鸡(8个重复/处理,3只鸡/重复;饲喂36周)分开饲养。试验结束后,每个重复随机选择一只子代蛋鸡(6只公鸡/处理和8只母鸡/处理)分别屠宰取样,测定子代母鸡和公鸡的肠道长度和肠道组织形态等指标,并计算体重校正长度。结果显示:(1)与CT-CT组相比,CC-CC组子代母鸡小肠总长、大肠总长以及肠道总长的绝对长度和体重校正长度均没有显著差异;小肠各段绒毛高度、隐窝深度、绒毛高度/隐窝深度等指标均没有显著差异。(2)与CT-CT组相比,CC-CC组子代公鸡小肠总长、大肠总长以及肠道总长的绝对长度和体重校正长度没有显著差异;小肠各段绒毛高度、隐窝深度以及绒毛高度/隐窝深度等指标均没有显著差异。(3)子代母鸡和公鸡小肠各段切片未见明显的病理变化。由此可见,跨代饲喂转maroACC基因玉米未发现对子代蛋鸡肠道发育和形态有显著不良影响。 The objective was to determine the effects of lomg-term and trans-generational feeding of transgenie maize containing the maroACC gene to filial generation laying hens on intestinal growth and morphology. Forty eight 50-week-old laying hens were ramtomly divided into 2 dietary, treatments (8 replieates/treatmenl, 3 hens/replicate): nontransgenie near-isoline corn-based diet (CT); maroACC corn-based diet. After 12 weeks, laying hens were artificial fertilized and fertile eggs were hatched. then got the filial generation laying hens. The offspring were deigned to one of 2 dietary treatments ae- cording to parental hens: CT maize diet fed parental hens/CT maize diet ted filial generation laying hens(CT-CT); CC maize diet fed parental hens/CC maize diet fed filial generation laying hens(CC-CC). The offspring hens and roosters were kept separately. The roosters were assigned to 2 dietary treat- ments (6 replicates/treatment, 6 roosters/replicate) for 32 weeks and the hens were assigned to 2 di-etarv treatments (8 replicates/treatment, 3 hens/ replicate) fbr 36 weeks. One bird per replicate (6 roosters/treatment and 8 hens/treatment) was humanely euthanized at the end of the experi- ence. The absolute length, weight- corrected length and morphology of intestine of the off- spring hens and roosters were measured. The re-suits showed that: ①Compared with the CT-CT group, there was no significant difference in the ahsn- lute length and weight-corrected length of the small intestine, large intestine and tire whole intestine in tire offspring hens fed CC-CC diet. There were no signifieant differences in villus height, crypt depth and villus heiglat/crypt depth of birds fed the diets. ② Compared with the CT-CT group, no sig- nificant differenee in the absolute lengtil and weight-corrected length of the small intestine, large intes- tine and the whole intestine of the offspring roosters was observed in the CC-CC group. There were no significant diffrenees in villus height, erypt depth, and villous height/crypt depth in each segment of tile small intestine. (- No visihle pathological changes of small intestinal hist.logy were observed in offsping hens and roosters. In conclusion, no adverse effect on intestinal growth and morph.h-gy was observed in the offspring hens and roosters fed transgenie maize with maroACC gene by long-term and trans-generationally.
