摘要
目的对天津市红桥区儿童尿碘检测结果进行回顾性研究分析,为碘缺乏病的治疗和预防提供依据。方法 WS/T 107.1-2016尿中碘的砷铈催化分光光度测定方法(试剂盒法)。结果 8-10岁儿童尿碘水平为179.5μg/L,尿碘低于50μg/L的比例为3.5%,甲状腺肿大率为2.0%。均在相对适宜的水平。结论天津市红桥区儿童尿碘指标符合国家消除碘缺乏病相关标准。
Objective The results of urine iodine detection of children in Hongqiao District of Tianjin were analyzed retrospectively,providing the basis for the treatment and prevention of iodine deficiency disorders.Methods WS/T 107.1-2016 Arsenic cerium catalyzed photometric method for determination of iodine in urine was used as follows（Kit）.Results The Urinary iodine level of children aged 8-10 years was 179.5 g/L,and the proportion of urine iodine lower than the 50 g/L accounted for 3.5%,and the goiter rate was 2%.All the items were at a relatively suitable level.Conclusion The of urinary iodine index of children in Hongqiao District of Tianjin is in accordance with the national standard to eliminate iodine deficiency disease.
