膝关节周围创伤伴腘窝血管伤的临床特点与治疗方法

The Clinical Characteristics and Treatment of Periknee Trauma with Popliteal Vascular Injury

目的总结膝关节周围创伤伴发腘窝血管损伤的临床特点和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2014年10月-2017年5月我院收治的40例膝关节周围创伤伴腘窝血管损伤患者的临床资料,总结临床特点、治疗方法及治疗效果。结果本组40例患者2例死亡,38例抢救成功,其中5例截肢,33例保肢手术成功,成功修复损伤的腘窝血管,随访6个月的HSS评分为(82.3±3.2)分。结论膝关节周围创伤伴腘窝血管损伤病情复杂危重,临床医生需结合创伤机制、伤情特点、局部解剖结构等及早制定安全有效的综合治疗方案,挽救患者生命。

Objective To summarize the clinical features and treatment of popliteal fossa vascular injury caused by peripheral knee trauma.Methods The clinical data of 40 patients with knee joint peripheral trauma and popliteal fossa vascular injury admitted to our hospital from October 2014 to May 2017 were retrospectively analyzed,then to summarizethe clinical characteristics,treatment methods and therapeutic effects.Results In this group,two of the 40 patients in this group died and 38 patients were rescued successfully,including 5 cases of amputation and 33 cases of limb salvage,with the damaged popliteal vessels repaired successfully.After 6 months of follow-up,the HSS score was（82.3 ＋ 3.2）.Conclusion The injury around knee joint is complicated and critical with popliteal fossa vascular injury,the clinician should combine the trauma mechanism,the injury condition characteristic,the partial anatomic structure and so on to formulate the safe and effective comprehensive treatment plan at an early stage,saving the patient＇s life.
