摘要
目的对2017年广西钦州口岸捕获入境船舶携带的5只活鼠进行鼠传疾病的检测及相关序列分析。方法对捕获的活鼠进行形态学鉴定,并采集其心、肝、肾和肺,经研磨后,采用实时荧光定量PCR的方法检测鼠传疾病,同时对阳性标本进行测序及构建进化树。结果 5只活鼠中,4只为小家鼠、1只为褐家鼠,其中1只小家鼠中检测出问号钩端螺旋体,其与来自非洲的博茨瓦纳毒株JX254898.1具有较高的同源性。结论广西口岸存在较大的输入性钩端螺旋体传播风险。广西口岸应加强对入境交通工具的监测,实施必要的灭鼠防鼠措施,防止钩体病在鼠与人类之间的传播。
Objective To detect rat transmissible diseases and sequence analysis of 5 imported rats from Qinzhou Port of Guangxi.Methods Morphological identification was performed on the captured live mice.The heart,liver,kidney and lungs were collected.After grinding,real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect the disease transmitted by mice.Meanwhile,the positive samples were sequenced and the evolutionary tree was constructed.Results Of the five mice,fourwere M.musculus,and other one was Rattus.norvegicus.Leptospirainterrogens was detected from the one M.musculus,and it was high homology with Botswana JX254898.1 from Africa.Conclusion There is a great risk of imported leptospira transmission in Guangxi Port.The Guangxi Port should strengthen the monitoring of the means of entry transportation,implement necessary anti-rodent and anti-rodent measures to prevent the spread of leptospirosis between rats and humans.
